01 · AGREEMENT

Using Voro Supplies

These Terms & Policies apply when you visit Voro Supplies, place an order, receive access, or use a Voro member area. By doing so, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order or use the access provided.

These terms apply to Voro’s digital vendor resources and related support. They do not create a partnership, agency relationship, employment relationship, or endorsement between Voro and any buyer, supplier, or third-party platform.

02 · WHAT YOU ARE BUYING

Digital vendor resources

Voro offers curated digital resources such as vendor lists, source links, contact information where a product says it is included, and educational material. Each product page describes the resource available with that product.

Voro products are digital only. Your purchase does not include physical inventory, a sample, a shipment, a third-party seller’s goods, or an ownership interest in any supplier.

03 · CHECKOUT

Eligibility, pricing & payment

To purchase, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if it is higher, and able to enter into a binding agreement. You must provide a working email address and accurate checkout information.

Prices, offers, and available payment methods are shown at checkout and may change before an order is submitted. Payments are processed through Stripe’s secure checkout experience. Voro does not receive or store your full card number.

04 · DELIVERY & MEMBER ACCESS

How protected access works

After Voro verifies payment, access is delivered electronically through the secure method set for the product. Depending on the product’s setup, that may be a delivery email, a protected access page, or the member dashboard.

• Delivery timing, available resources, and access duration are shown in the product’s access materials.
• Protected links may expire, be replaced, or be revoked for security, fraud prevention, or a breach of these terms.
• You are responsible for entering an email address you can access, keeping your device and inbox secure, and checking spam or promotions folders.
• Do not share a protected access link, member session, or delivered resource with anyone else.

If an access email is missing or a link does not work, contact support from the email used at checkout so Voro can review the order and, when appropriate, resend or repair access.

05 · REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Digital purchases are generally final

Because digital access may begin after verified payment, purchases are generally final once access has been delivered. This does not limit any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that apply to you by law.

If you believe access was not delivered correctly, email hello@vorosupplies.us from the email used at checkout with your order details. Voro will review the delivery record and work to resolve a genuine access issue.

06 · YOUR LICENSE

Use it for your own business research

When you purchase a Voro resource, Voro gives you a limited, personal or single-business, non-transferable license to use Voro-created guides, organization, descriptions, and resource compilations for your own research and business planning.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, publish, scrape, upload, redistribute, share, or package any Voro resource or protected access for another person. You may not present Voro’s curation, branding, copy, or materials as your own.

Supplier names, brands, websites, product imagery, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Your Voro license does not grant rights in those third-party materials.

07 · INDEPENDENT THIRD PARTIES

Voro does not control vendors

Voro may organize links or research references to independent vendors, marketplaces, platforms, and other third parties. Those businesses are not operated, owned, or controlled by Voro unless a product page expressly says otherwise.

Third-party websites, listings, prices, availability, policies, shipping, product quality, legality, and account requirements can change without notice. Before spending money, sharing information, placing a sample order, or making a business decision, verify the third party independently and review its own policies.

08 · NO GUARANTEES

Research, not a promise of results

Voro resources are provided for informational and educational purposes. To the extent permitted by law, Voro does not guarantee income, sales, profitability, vendor approval, supplier authenticity, product quality, product availability, shipping performance, legal compliance, or any particular business result.

You are responsible for your own research, decisions, and compliance with laws that apply to you and your business. Voro is not providing legal, financial, tax, business, or investment advice.

09 · KEEP ACCESS SECURE

Prohibited use

You may not use Voro or a delivered resource to break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security, or distribute spam, malware, or misleading claims.

To the extent permitted by law, Voro may pause, replace, or revoke access when it reasonably believes an order, account, or use of the service is fraudulent, abusive, unsafe, or violates these terms. This does not remove any rights that cannot legally be limited.

10 · VERIFIED BUYER NOTICE

Only a first name, product title, and storefront image.

After a verified paid purchase, Voro may show a limited Verified Buyer notice in the storefront. The public display contains only a first name, product title, and storefront image. It never includes an email address, payment details, access link, or order number.

Voro only uses this display for purchases that accepted the applicable checkout terms notice. If you want an eligible Verified Buyer display removed, contact hello@vorosupplies.us from the email used to purchase.

11 · YOUR CHECKOUT INFORMATION

Used to deliver and protect access

Voro uses the details you provide at checkout to verify payment, deliver access, provide member support, prevent fraud, and manage access. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, delivery email may be handled by Resend, and Voro uses Cloudflare infrastructure to operate and secure the service.

Those providers may handle data under their own terms and privacy practices. Voro does not publicly display your payment details, protected access URL, or order number. The limited Verified Buyer display is described above.

12 · LIMITS & CHANGES

Terms may be updated

To the extent permitted by law, Voro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or a digital resource. If Voro is found liable, its total liability for a claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to that claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by applicable law. Voro may update these terms as the service changes. The latest version is always posted on this page, and the purchase terms shown at checkout apply to the checkout you complete.
